Betty Carvalho Whittle
…is the owner of Event Planning Services. Providing outstanding customer service and a “no worries” expert event approach, she personally works with each client overseeing the details of their event to ensure that their casino party is an outstanding success. Betty’s background includes over 30 years as a professional Event Planner, having organized hundreds of corporate events, private parties, fundraisers & weddings throughout the Monterey Peninsula, Santa Cruz, Monterey & San Benito counties. She has generously helped the community through her business and volunteer work, currently serving on the Sabu Shake Sr. Memorial Foundation Board and as the event coordinator for the Sabu’s Safari Fundraiser since 2008. She has previously served on the board of the Monterey County Film Commission, Monterey County Library Foundation, Salinas Valley Business Women’s Network and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Monterey County in addition to volunteering for numerous other non-profit organizations over the past 35 years.
